Tokyo Gas was a regular client with a variety of needs. The variety of projects ranged from a small lounge to a new re-training center in gas pipe fitting. In Japan’s lifetime employment system, employees can change careers within the company. This building provides an inviting atmosphere for employees to study, socialize, and gather. The building turns inward, and also includes "slots" of skylight that wash down interior walls.
