This project for 152,000 square feet of office space in San Jose, California was brought to full Construction Documents before the project was cancelled due to the purchase of Speiker Properties by Equity Office Properties. The project was abandoned and the purchase option on the land was written off. Nevertheless, the pair of buildings that were to sit at the intersection of Route 880 and Brokaw Road were fully realized in drawn form.
