Moon of Japan

This 970 square meter (10,440 square feet) headquarters building was designed for a popular "hot rod" car parts manufacturer in Yokohama Japan. It includes a first level showroom/workshop, and upper level offices for the corporation. The owners requested an entirely yellow building (the corporate color), but were delighted with this alternative proposal which derives its architectural language from 1950's America "googy" design, and auto design themes of the 40's and 50's.
