These two floors in a high-rise San Francisco Office building were designed for the consulting practice of Deloitte and Touche. Utilizing a highly flexible approach to space, the need for drop-in, "hotelling," and other "alternative officing" concepts was meant to support the extremely mobile and short-term uses of a very large practice of consultants. Efficiency of the two floors was more than tripled by creating elegant "hotelling" options, usable teaming spaces in corridors, and Partner offices usable as conference spaces during the 80% of time that the partners are out.
