Joel M. Karr (Principal, Owner) is an award winning, California licensed architect with certification from the National Council of Architectural Registration Boards (NCARB) for practice in all 50 US States. He holds a Masters' Degree in Architecture from UCLA and a Bachelor's degree from Oberlin College. Joel has over 25 years of experience, with built works in 5 countries and on 3 Continents. His history includes designing noteworthy projects with some of the worlds' most renowned architectural firms, including Kohn Pedersen Fox Architects of New York, and CF Murphy/Helmut Jahn of Chicago, as well as with firms overseas. Joel's project work has included large scale corporate and commercial projects in a wide variety of project types as well as smaller residential designs.
